The Laundresses

Welcome to the laundry, where absolutely everything gets washed. Shirts, socks, secrets, and old sins. The washerwomen have their hands full—water splashes, clothes are scrubbed, and some stains, on both fabric and souls, simply refuse to come out. This laundry is a place where life gets rinsed through, emotions are wrung out, and memories are hung out to dry. With humor, exaggeration, and a touch of nostalgia.

The Laundresses is a playful outdoor contemporary circus performance for the whole family, where washing turns into rhythm, gags, and a small cleansing ritual. The audience becomes part of the action: sorting, hanging, getting in the way—and perhaps even finding a bit of their own cleansing. And when something goes wrong, it simply gets washed again. And again. And again.
